What started in 1987 as a small specialist and forwarder office grew into a comprehensive logistics service provider. Today we are specialized in repacking, blending (mainly powdered dairy products), rebulking, handling logistics, customs and managing transport. These two impressive conical mixers each have a capacity of 25,000 kg. To maximize efficiency, we installed two mixers side by side, allowing us to fill one while emptying the other. The innovative camera mirror system provides improved visibility around the vehicle, reduces blind spots, and enhances aerodynamics. In addition, we have invested in two new Schmitz Cargobull Nederland B.V.
We don’t do professional photoshoots very often, simply because there’s no real shortage of great pictures. Especially this time of year: green landscapes, long roads through the countryside, and constantly changing surroundings. As a driver, you really get to experience how diverse the job is. Operaties en infrastructuur
At J&S, we work with high-bay racking systems, tall silos, reach trucks (including cabin lifts), and bulk trailers. In exceptional circumstances, safety is not always a given, which makes careful and well-considered actions essential. That is why we invest in proper training for working at height, and even rescue operations at height. This is how we ensure that working at height, when needed, is always carried out safely.
Over the past few weeks, we have welcomed three great new additions: a Volvo, a DAF, and a Scania. Can you guess which truck will be the next addition to our fleet?
Veiligheid, kwaliteit en gezondheid
At Jonker & Schut, controlled, safe and hygienic handling of raw materials is key. One of the systems that supports this is our big bag intake with vibration plates. At Jonker & Schut, we wanted to help out. That’s why we decided to purchase part of this surplus and distribute bags of potatoes to all our employees.

That moment is Christmas. Looking ahead to 2026, new challenges are approaching. As of July 1st, 2026, the Dutch government plans to introduce a per-kilometer truck toll.

Van productie tot transport en van verwerking tot opslag: we hebben alles in eigen beheer en doen het werk met en voor elkaar. We investeren graag in oplossingen die onze klanten verder helpen, maar ook in ons personeel. ...daar pleiten we voor. Dit werk kun je, naast onze mensen op kantoor, onderverdelen in drie afdelingen. Want wat gebeurt er eigenlijk achter de deuren van Jonker en Schut?
Houd je van fysiek werk? Dan ben je bij de productieafdeling aan het juiste adres. Onze opslagruimte is groter dan groot. Er is ruimte voor meer dan 100.000 pallets. De bekendste afdeling van Jonker en Schut is de logistieke afdeling. Het transport van de goederen voeren wij grotendeels zelf uit. De mooie vrachtwagens zijn voor veel mensen dan ook bekend. Zoek je een logistieke functie op maat? Onze logistieke afdeling is binnen Jonker & Schut de bekendste afdeling, waar achter de schermen veel werk wordt verzet. Met een vast team van collega’s, zorg je ervoor dat alle in- en uitgaande goederen goed verwerkt worden.
Familiebedrijf en leiderschap
Familiebedrijf: Ondanks onze gezonde groei, blijven we een familiebedrijf. Arjo Slotboom, onze logistiek manager en eigenaar, vertelt: "Het mooie van ons bedrijf is dat je werk laat doen waar je plezier in hebt. De ene collega wil graag heftruckwerk, terwijl de ander liever een brede logistieke rol heeft. We houden ervan om op elkaar te bouwen."
